Elba Maritza Baster, 48, of East Rutherford passed away on December 23rd, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born to the late Horacio Montenegro (2012) and Maria Madera in Brooklyn NY.
Elba was a successful Real Estate Agent for Liberty Terrace Realtor for over 10 years in East Rutherford. She also held a second job as a cashier in the Meadowlands Race Track. She was a “people person”, the life of a party, people enjoyed being around her. The loves of her life were her two beautiful daughters, Samantha and Kayla.

Elba is predeceased by her husband Ronald Baster (2002). She will be deeply missed by her devoted mother Maria Madera, her loving daughters, Samantha Baster and
Kayla Baster, her siblings; Marta Arce, Marilyn Montenegro and Meliss Tatz. She is predeceased by her brother Carlos Arce, (12/2015).

Funeral Monday 9am for 10am Prayer Service in the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford
Interment in Hillside Cemetery, 742 Rutherford Ave., Lyndhurst

Family will receive friends on Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4pm & 7 to 9pm.
