Arthur W., “Artie” Segers, 64, of Rutherford passed away Monday, August 29th, 2016. He was born in Paterson to Arthur Segers and Jean (nee Voorman). Artie had proudly served in the United States Army. He recieved an AA Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University & a BA Degree from Bloomfield College.
Artie was employed with PSE&G in Ridgefield for over 30 years before retiring in 2011.
He was a Parishioner & usher at The Church of Saint Mary, Rutherford.
Artie will be deeply missed by his beloved wife Nancy (nee Spliedt) of 34 years, his loving children, Joseph Fox, Kelly Tiboldo and husband Louis, Nancy Rivera and husband Brian, Jeanette Segers, his beautiful grandchildren; Louis, Faith, Giovanni & Brooke, his siblings, Lynda Schmeding, Patricia Kavet, his niece Beth Kavet & nephew Thomas Schmeding. He is predeceased by his brother Thomas (1995).

Funeral will be held on Friday, 10am in the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford, followed by 11am Mass of Christian Liturgy in the Church of Saint Mary, Rutherford.

Family will receive friends Thursday 4 to 8pm.
