Condolence: My love for your Mom will last as long as my memory of her. Rita shared smiles, stories and wisdom for those close to her. She loved family and she loved good food. My favorite memory of her was when Susan was having a dinner party for 6-8 people but just at the last minute, the party was cut in half. We decided to go ahead and make all the linguini & clam sauce, and have leftovers. I gave her a large portion thinking she could take the leftovers home with her. Well, needless to say she cleaned her plate and still had room for peach pie! I was amazed, and we still smile about that to this day. She will be missed but she will always be in our heart...
