Joan and I were best friends for over 30 years. We laughed and cried together. We traveled together and she taught me to be independent traveling alone. She was the first one to have a party and invite all the girls. Her door was always open. I know because I slept there many a times. She was so proud of her kids, Eric & Jill and grand kids, they were a constant joy in her life. I will miss Joan everyday with her advise, her laughter and her joy. My heart goes out to her family at this sad, sad time. Love you Joan.
